Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Zainlee Technologies LLC ("Zainlee") is a marketing and technology company registered in the United Arab Emirates. These terms govern use of the Zainlee CRM platform ("the Service") by our client businesses and their authorized users.

2. The Service

The Zainlee CRM is a business platform through which clients manage their marketing engagement with Zainlee, including read-only reporting dashboards for advertising and social media accounts the client chooses to connect (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat).

3. Account connections

Connecting an advertising or social account is voluntary and performed by the client's authorized representative through the platform's official authorization flow. The client may disconnect at any time inside the CRM or by revoking access in the platform's own settings. Zainlee accesses connected accounts on a read-only basis for reporting; the Service does not create, modify, or publish ads or content on connected accounts.

4. Acceptable use

Users must only connect accounts they are authorized to manage, keep their CRM credentials confidential, and use the Service lawfully. We may suspend access that compromises the security or integrity of the Service.

5. Data

Handling of data, including data obtained from connected platforms, is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Availability and changes

The Service is provided "as is" as part of the client's engagement with Zainlee. We may update features from time to time. Reporting figures shown in the Service originate from third-party platforms and may differ from those platforms' own interfaces due to attribution timing and restatements.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zainlee is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Any service-level commitments are those in the client's written agreement with Zainlee.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
